1. Supplier Identification
The online store myconcrete.pt is operated by Myconcrete, headquartered at Rua Cid. de Madrid 2, 2660-456 São Julião do Tojal, VAT No. 516758241, contact: info@myconcrete.pt.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of parts for truck mixers, concrete pumps, and other equipment in the concrete sector to business clients (B2B).
3. Registration and Customer Account
Access to the store requires prior registration as a company, with mandatory validation of business information. Myconcrete reserves the right to reject registrations that do not meet eligibility criteria.
4. Products and Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and subject to VAT at the applicable legal rate. Myconcrete reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
5. Orders
Orders are placed through the online store. After order confirmation, an automatic email with order details will be sent.
Orders are processed only after payment is received. The confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order, but merely acknowledgment of receipt.
Myconcrete reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of system errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

7. Deliveries and Timeframes
Deliveries are made by DPD or Lusocargo. Delivery times range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on location and stock availability. Myconcrete is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
8. Returns and Complaints
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• Defective or damaged product
• Request made within 14 days of receipt
Customers must contact customer service before returning any items.
9. Warranties
The legal warranty regime for consumer goods applies. In a B2B context, the warranty is limited to 12 months unless otherwise expressly stated. Excluded are defects caused by:
• Misuse
• Incorrect installation
• Natural wear and tear
• Improper use or assembly
• Lack of proper maintenance
• Failure to follow usage instructions
The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the part and does not cover indirect damages.
10. Liability
Myconcrete shall not be held liable for:
• Indirect damages resulting from the installation or use of products
• Production losses due to machine downtime caused by faulty components
• Improper technical interventions
11. Export and Jurisdiction
Sales are intended for Portugal, Spain, France, and Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the court district of Loures, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, catalogs, trademarks) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.13. Changes to the Terms
Myconcrete may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Periodic review is recommended.
